Today, I have the great pleasure of announcing the launch of a very new product called the U.S.H. (the Unmatched Sock Hanger). Basically, consider your children's socks a guaranteed find every time you look for them. Why? Well, instead of throwing socks into a drawer, where they run a big risk of getting eaten by the big, bad Sock Monster, the U.S.H. enables you to hang socks in pairs using the clips on either side of this device. Landmark Moments: Baby Milestone Cards
A few weeks ago, I received a package in the mail from Landmark Moments - UK - containing 38 different baby milestone cards. I was really excited, because never did it occur to me to actually document my baby's milestones once he arrived into the world. The cards, I believe, are a smart way of doing so, since there is a box on the top left of each one that allows you to write down the date each milestone was reached. I also thought these cards would be a cute keepsake for your baby once he/she is older, as there is enough room on the back of each card to stick a picture. So why not create some sort of scrapbook one day to make going down memory lane more fun?

When I was first introduced to this product by Joey Ring, its creator, I was skeptical but curious. And guess what, it proved to do what it was meant to do! As a result, I have been able to save some $$$ on socks I would have otherwise lost and I do not have to waste my time looking for them. Can we just say #doublemomwin anyone?
One nice thing about the U.S.H. is that it comes in a variety of colours. And since Lukey's room is rather neutral, the clear U.S.H. goes perfectly. For those kinds of mamas and daddies out there, COLOUR COORDINATION IS EVERYTHING.
On another note, there is no need to limit this sock hanger to, well, hanging socks. No, it can also be used to hang cute baby headbands, jewellery, accessories, baby shoes, and other small items. Just use your imagination!
And I have to say, collaborating with Joey has been a pleasure. Any time there was a question or an issue, his response was within 24 hours, if not immediate. So it is with confidence that I say that he is a professional at what he does, and you will not be disappointed by the Unmatched Sock Hanger and the customer service that comes along with it.

First Impression of the Product:
The illustrations are varied and full of colour, and they are also pretty gender-neutral. The cards themselves seem to be made of a thick construction paper material that prevents them from being easily bended. The font is very baby-ish, and this adds a nice little touch to the cards. One thing I found a little disappointing, however, is that they do not seem to ship to North America. Personally, I think they would do well here, considering the cost (€11.99, even if you were to convert, it is still reasonable), the
quality and the variation. Maybe that is in the works, who knows!

Desert Essence
Thoroughly Clean Face Wash Original
I was first introduced to this product about 3.5 years ago, by my sister-in-law, the morning after a sleepover. I tried looking around for it after my initial introduction to it, but wasn't too desperate, as I had just started a new bottle of another product I was using—I did look forward to sleepovers from that point on though!

Now let's forward to the recent past, it wasn't until very last week that I noticed the exact same product in my parents' bathroom, that my sister had been using. I decided it was finally time to buy this sucker and make it mine. (Might I add that I needed to buy a new facial soap ASAP since mine was borderline empty.)
I was a little nervous, kinda like asking a random person to borrow their pen. Lol kidding. She's only my sister. So the conversation went something like this:

Enough jabber, it's time to explain the reasons I loved this product:
- The smell is a little strong, but I do believe it has nice, calming features that help awaken my senses when they are not so awake in the morning.
- A little goes a long way. This statement is especially true because some of the liquid tends to run off the hands, largely due to the water sprinkling down from the shower. So it's useful having a face wash that turns from liquid to lather quickly.
- It is listed as organic, which is nice to see.
- My face feels so so fresh after every use. This is so important to me, especially during hot summer days. Being pregnant, I find that I tend to get hot quicker than I did before, so using a product that keeps my face feeling nice, even at the end of the day, is awesome.
- My skin doesn't feel dry after any use. Instead, it feels really clean.
So there you have it! Even after my first experience with it, I loved this +Desert Essence product, and I now actually look forward to face-washing time. If you've been looking for a new product to wash your face with, you can buy this one at +Provigo or +Loblaws in their #organic section. Of course, you can buy it from other places, but this is where I was directed. :)
